グローバルホスピタリティマネジメント経営学士課程では、ホスピタリティ業界でリーダーやマネージャーとして、ビジネスを戦略的に考えられる人材を育成する為のプログラムです。学士課程プログラムは経営学の理論と、実践的なホスピタリティの実技・実習授業、専門性の高いインターンシップを総合的に学びます。

また、下記の4つの専攻コースより、1つを選択し専門性を身につけます。

ホスピタリティ起業学 /デジタル・ マーケティング・ストラテジー / ホテル・ファイナンシャル・パフォーマンスマネジメント /リゾート開発＆経営学

  • 3.5 年間プログラム
  • インターンシップ(6ヶ月間×2回)
  • 4つの専攻
  • 入学時期(2月 / 9月)

授業内容について

各学期の授業内容は以下になります。

SEMESTER 1

  • Gastronomy and Tradition (4 weeks)
  • Guest relations and Hotel Operations (4 weeks)
  • Skills and Techniques (4 weeks)

SEMESTER 2

これまでに学んできたホスピタリティの基礎を、インターンシップの場で実践する機会になります。インターンシップの内容はフード＆ビバレッジ（レストラン、キッチン、バンケット）や、客室部門（フロントオフィス、ハウスキーピング）などで行うのが一般的です。

2回目のインターンシップでは、より経営に関わるインターンシップを行うことを目標としています。また、アドミニストレーション、プロジェクトマネジメント、タイムマネジメント、コミュニケーションについて、実践を通じて学ぶことが一般的です。
